Eran is an avid surfer and snowboarder originally from San Francisco who postponed a Bone Marrow Transplant in 1999 in favor of an experimental treatment, now commonly known as Gleevec.
It worked. As a result he is now cancer-free and living in Sydney, Australia where he continues to enjoy the “benefits” of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia.
He is currently a founding Partner and Creative Director of Notice Creativity Corp., an international creative collective with hubs in Sydney and New York working in a diverse range of genres from original film to fashion to full-fledged advertising campaigns.
Eran is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Prepare to Live (www.preparetolive.org
When he’s not busy looking for perfect powder or the perfect wave, he spends his time looking for the perfect burrito.

Oh man…started training hard last week, running stairs a lot - and it hurts - a lot. It’s winter here and it has been cold and rainy - a lot…which makes it all too easy to stay in snuggled under the covers and drink hot tea.
Which is little bit like Everest training really, if you think about it…staying warm and rehydrating. Any mountaineer who has been to Everest before will tell you these 2 very important things are crucial to surviving in the elements at altitude.
So you could say I’m pretty much ready already. ‘Cept my legs. I can’t feel my legs!
