Glad you have made it safely.. sunday morn here and have just watched England beat France - and see you again make it to the finals again - ala johnny! Well done - at least as an Aussie I can say we lost to the defenders - goes to show how bad those kiwis really were!

Sorry to hear about squits. If still squits when you get this suggest take cipro(not been in Nepal long so probably bacterial squits).Avoid things that block U up eg loperamide.Climbing high dehydrated not brill.Watched rugger with Gib and Vera.lots of love and prayers D
